Mitoyo places importance on being environmentally friendly and coexisting with
the environment.
Through the design, development, manufacture, and sales of rubber materials, products for transportation equipment, industrial equipment and materials, we aim to coexist with our suppliers and local communities, and emphasize the environment, health, and safety of all employees.
1. We will promote continuous improvement through all processes of our business activities, taking environmental conservation into consideration as follows.

General Business Owner Action Plan
General business owner action plan based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and the Law for the Promotion of Women’s Activity
In order to create an employment environment in which all employees, both male and female, can maximize their abilities and achieve a good balance between work and life, we will formulate an action plan as follows:
1. Plan period
Five years from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2026
2. Objectives, action plan, and implementation period
Objective 1:
Targets based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation
Establish a workplace environment that enables both men and women to balance work with childcare and nursing care by taking measures to expand measures such as childcare and nursing care leave systems and shortened working hours for childcare and nursing care.
- Implementation period/measures
- April 2021- Review the current system and monitor its use.
April 2023- Consideration of specific measures
April 2025- Introduce the system and inform employees about it. Create a workplace environment that facilitates the taking of childcare/nursing care leave, etc. and the return to work afterwards.
Objective 2:
Targets based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation
Achieve an annual average of at least 60% of employees taking annual paid leave in relation to the number of days granted.

- April 2021- Assess the status of annual paid leave use.
April 2022- Study and implement methods to promote use of annual paid leave.
Objective 3:
Provision of opportunities related to work life
The proportion of women in management positions will be 8% or more.

April 2024- Periodic review of the development plan and identification of candidates for managerial positions
